Non-scrollable Examples panel

The list in the Examples panel is not scrollable. With many examples and small monitor, the editor becomes unusable. There is easy fix:

Just found out that Examples panel is resizable, which makes it scrollable.

I'm a bit confused…is it scrollable for you or not? Scrolling works fine for me. I'm on Vivaldi (Chromium) on macOS.

Steps for repro:

1. Open Editor in Incognito
2. Add examples to fill ~75% height of window – with every example, the panel expands its height to accommodate all examples – no scrolling needed
3. Resize the browser window, so the height would not be enough to show all examples
4. Try scrolling the examples – scrolling DOES NOT work
5. Grab top edge of the of the examples panel, and move it down, and release
6. Try scrolling the examples – scrolling NOW DOES work
