Implement support for Manjaro #97
Description
Manjaro also provides a JSON endpoint for all official mirrors, but the format seems to be different from the format provided by ArchLinux: https://repo.manjaro.org/status.json
Therefore, using Flexo's auto mirror selection currently does not work with Manjaro. See also: #96
