Starting from intermediate results starts overwriting previous intermediate results #18
Description
Right now when I run cellstates, it stores the intermediate results in a file numbered clusters_000x.txt where x are integers. If the cellstates run stops for some reason and I restart cellstates the new results files that are created start from 0000 again and this leads to the older intermediate files being rewritten.
