Support feature weights

Need to add a parameter or input vector specifying the weight of each categorical variable rather than treating them as same in dissimilarity calculation as its doing now.

No work on feature weights has been done at this point.

Sample weights have been added recently, though:

• Add sample weights to KPrototypes. #171
• Draft implementation of sample_weight for kmodes. #174

Is this on the roadmap? I've been duplicating features to increase weight
