Missing delete option for shared files (files have read-write permissions) #16304

Steps to reproduce
1.User A shares File A with User B with read-write permissions.
2.User B logs in to the mobile app.
3.In the mobile app, User B cannot delete File A—no delete option is available.
4.When User B logs in via the web interface, File A can be deleted normally.
