- I have searched the existing open and closed issues and I checked the docs https://docs.netalertx.com/
The issue occurs in the following browsers. Select at least 2.
- Firefox
- Chrome
- Edge
- Safari (unsupported) - PRs welcome
- N/A - This is an issue with the backend
Current Behavior

I'm running both Production on Homeassistant (latest versions), and on Synology Docker latest Dev version.
I'm still new to netalertx and just starting, but I noticed already for some time that clicking on Edit of a Device was loaaaaading forever , so today I did some troubleshootings..
Noted issues: (on both versions)
- Device Exports (csv) Error: Failed to fetch (worked in the past on earlier versions I think...)
- Delet all devices (tried on Dev) : "Error: " nothing more
- Edit Single Device: Loading, no clear log message (didn't debug)
Steps taken: deleted the folder /data/db from the Dev version, assuming this is a good step to ensure no DB issues & start from scratch, keeping the config?
After a while the SNMP devices popped up back on the Dev, but same issues as noted above.
I stopped the container (dev), deleted data/config & data/db so I guess like brand new, selected New Device manually, details = no fields showing...
so not sure if I broke something, next I could do is try an older release or a new brand container ?
