Problem with multi-value fields and jQuery 1.8.3

Since I'm using jQuery 1.8.3 with ManagerManager I recently got the alert

ManagerManager: An error has occured: 
Error - Syntax error, 
unrecognized expression: input[name=tv11[]]

Its because jQuery stumbles over the [] in the TV name.
Escaping the brackets in mm.inc.php line 146 and line 151 will do the trick:
change $fieldname_suffix = '[]';to $fieldname_suffix = '\\\\[\\\\]';

I'm not sure about this, but maybe this applies also to other jQuery versions...
