Remove redundancy between MRSP and CCADB Policy #293
Description
Some provisions in the Mozilla Root Store Policy (MRSP) are now, or will be, adequately covered in the CCADB Policy. A review of the MRSP is needed to determine which provisions should remain in the MRSP and which ones can be removed, and/or changed to reference the CCADB policy.
