Incorrect Header for Spatial Diff file created as requested in #9

Currently the header set for Spatial Diff file picks up the header info from the first header line from the file containing the finalYear.
eg: 1st column in the header is set to Year2000 instead of Year2030, while the output is for 2030.

Possible Easy Solution: Use regex to modify the header String.
Correct Way: Update the necessary structures to include header data in the meta-info.
