Quiet messages when updating workspace

When updating the workspace, a message "indexing ", followed by one or more blank lines, is output for each thread file that gets checked. I would like to get rick of this output so that it's easier to see what is getthg updated.

Another improvement would be to just output the path relative to the workspace directory in the "Thread file updated: " message.
