CLI: allow scrolling

I use watch in an npm task to run mocha tests. The problem is, that the output is truncated and only shows the first page of the result. However, my test output is much longer.
dirwatch (which is deprecated and recommends to use watch) does allow scrolling in terminal.
Am I missing something?
