Intellisense doesn't work if users home directory has space in it

Hi,

User's home folder is "c:\users\FIRSTNAME LASTNAME".

Intellisense shows "No suggestions." and on debug console there are couple of errors.

If user's home folder is changed to "c:\users\FIRSTNAMELASTNAME" Intellisense works ok. But after home folder rename lot of other applications stopped to work...

Setting a shortcut on Windows with an argument to override the extensions location for VS Code - works. Example:
Code.exe --extensions-dir "NewPath.vscode\extensions"
