How to deploy a worker for wordpress?

I want to deploy this script https://www.mmaton.com/2018/07/02/cloudflare-cache-anonymous-requests/ but not sure how to correctly deploy it. Cloudflare worker status shows all zero which clearly means I didn't deploy it correctly by saving in the editor. 

How do I deploy that javascript correctly? Can you please help?
