Move the  prometheus data parsers from perf run scripts into a common folder

Currently, functions to parse the prometheus data is inside the perf scripts. 
Need to move them to a separate script, and place both prometheus query script (getstats-openshift.sh) and parser script (which we need to write) into a common folder.

These scripts can be used among all the benchmarks.
