feature: add CI to build all other agents and tools #106

Feature Description
We are creating images only for a subset of tools and image. Especially for tools, we need new images since we are now using toolhive and do not have anymore a built-in approach to build tools.
Proposed Solution
Add the remaining agents and tools to the matrix for the CI build action.
