Enable support for gifs in tips

I added a .gif file to the /images folder and referenced it in my tip.md the same way images are linked. But when the tip is displayed, the gif is displayed as a static image on its first frame.
eg: Select Vertical gif for the corresponding tip.

I'll add images for now until we figure out this issue.
