linestrings' coordinate pairs bug

Some of the one-way street segments have OSM legacy geometry with incorrect (reversed) coordinate pairs order. We need to develop function to auto detect them and reverse their linestring (i.e. coordinate pairs' order). Corin provided some code that needs to be incorporated in R.
