Redis blocking workers can only be terminated by SIGKILL

Figure out how to terminate the `blpop` call. Async exceptions are ignored by threads blocking on syscalls, so if `blpop` is listening (say with `accept()` from `socket.h`), it needs to be hard interrupted.
