Once, x.com/larry0x famously procliamed:

"if your chain has cosmwasm, but doesn't have token factory, your chain sucks"

....I agree with him, so I'd like to figure out the most elegant way possible for us to shimmy token factory into the wasm app.

note: we should use the Osmosis token factory instead of helping ignite users to roll their own, so that the TF interfaces will always be the same for ica / contracts
