Lazy loading of long threads

Opening a long thread such as https://hackorum.dev/topics/45563 takes a really long time to load since it looks to be loading every message at up front.

Thanks @jordanisaacs for the report, this is something we noticed already as well, and definitely want to add some lazy loading one way or another. Once we get something implemented, we'll get back to you.

Please keep such "issues" coming, that's exactly what's needed, so we can make the best user experience and ensure you actually want to use it and this is of any help.
