"Send invitation" on the create host organization page gave me pause. I wondered if I could fill it in and leave it or if I then would be required to send it on order to complete the host organization form. Perhaps ask for email only here, and then once the host organization has been created and published, the user gets a notification asking if they'd like to invite the contact person to it? This is just a matter of where to place the Send Invitation button.
