Description
for instance, a few files named:
IMG_2353.jpg
IMG_2354.jpg
could result in
20141222_081523.2353.jpg
20141222_081523.2354.jpg
the camera may not allow for sub-second precision when setting the last modified time. however, it may allow for more than one picture per second. the sequential ordering is preserved by looking for a counter in the original filename and appending it to the new timestamp filename. This suffix may not always be desired, however, so make it an option.
