youtube app: the application cannot connect to a server with specified port

and again... i decided to host my yt2009 instance connected to the internet globally, but my ISP is blocking port 80, so i chose port 1989 (just for fun) and the application is now not working. the error "There is a problem with the network" (its translation from russian, in english it may be different) and that's it. as written in the instructions, i added the port only to the registerDevice lines (by the way, adding it to GDataFactory, where the address is separate, did not help)
so what should i do?

those apps only run on 80, so use a reverse proxy or something that runs on port 80 to route your traffic to the target server
