The public goods relay will have a webpage displaying:

pending transactions right now
number of transactions succesfully submitted on-chain
number of flashbakers
total flashbake-capable stake (percent of total)
time before next flashbake block

Create a dashboard to display this info on a webpage (datadog, cloudfront, grafana?)
