Feature: --precision flag for decimal percentage precision

For slower-running processes, or for specific progress snapshots (like disk usage), it would be nice to have the percentage on the end of the progress bar optionally have a few points of decimal precision.

I may grab this soon. My massive media server is filling very slowly and the progress bar has been sitting at 23% all day, i'm curious how quick that 1% is filling up :)

Can you please explain currentState($1) and totalState($2) ? Any examples. Lets say i'm running a 'du' on some folder OR drive. What would be the currentState and totalState in that case?
I wanted to create a new thread for this, but since mturley mentioned disk usage, I thought maybe this question be part of this too.

The currentstate refers to the current loop value of the entire loop number(totalstate), for e.g. Currentstate 1 of totalstate 100 would show 1% , 5 100 would show 5%.

It would be cool if this "high precision" version used Unicode partial block characters to get a smoother, more fine-grained output.
