Add more meaningful boot message when no state/settings found #76
Description
After initial install, BigStats complains (a lot) that it received no valid JSON from BigStatsSettings, which is a fair complaint, as BigStatsSettings has never seen a setting....
Handle this better, Nathan. Be more adult!!!!
