Missing implementations of new FluentMigrator IVersionTable fields #2
Description
The following two fields of class RootVersionTableMetaData are missing implementations from IVersionTable:
- AppliedOnColumnName
- DescriptionColumnName
The 'AppliedOnColumnName' change was requested in the FluentMigrator issue tracker here: fluentmigrator/fluentmigrator#520
