Replace ExtendedQueryParameters with IDynamicContentProvider #140
Description
The ExtendedQueryParameters class is cumbersome to use and follows a different pattern than other functionality in DD4T. It should be replaced an IDynamicContentProvider, which takes a DD4T IQuery object and returns a list of viewmodels.
