{formPrint} macro not attached

When I use {formPrint} latte macro on \Contributte\FormsBootstrap\BootstrapForm, get error:

Nette\MemberAccessException
Call to undefined static method [Nette\Bridges\FormsLatte\Runtime::renderformPrint()

@pechondra maybe prepare PR? I'm not using formPrint macro...
