Handle Editor's `<x-sharp-image/>`

Sharp will insert image like that:

<x-sharp-image name="test.jpg" path="data/demo/Posts/1/test.jpg" disk="public"></x-sharp-image>

We need to replace this with an <img> tag and an URL created with Thumbnail (local thumbnail in dev, imagekit in prod)
