Feature request: Remember Lock Controls state

Hi,

because Delphi itself doesn't remember its own Lock Controls settings (Edit -> Lock controls), would it be possible to remember the setting via CnPack Form Design Wizard, since this option is also there?

It would certainly prevent some headaches with the designer (Especially components moving randomly after just selecting them, or just in general performance gain when clicking on components)
