[Code Formatter] Single Line Mode for Every Uses Unit style

Hi,

Can you add some extra styles for [Single Line Mode for Every Uses Unit] option?
E.g.: "Comma before":

```pascal
uses
    System.Math
  , System.StrUtils
  , System.TypInfo
  ;
```

What does this arrangement give you?
When adding a new unit you do not have to modify other lines. You do not have conflicts in merges.
