🐛 [BUG] - Service Unique CCRN

Description

When attempting to create a service with the name heureka, delete it, and then recreate it with the same name, an error occurs (unique index constraint). This issue prevents the recreation of a service with the same name after it has been deleted.

Reproduction steps

1. Create service with name `heureka`
2. Delete service
3. Create service with name `heureka` again
4. See error

This affects all Unique constraints.

We start by fixing it for ComponentInstance and IssueMatch, because the AutoPatching and AutoClosing feature performs delete operations on these two entities regularly.

We need to make sure that:

• We can create an entity, delete it, and create it again (same unique data)
• We can create an entity, delete it, create it again and delete it again (making sure there's no unique constraint on deleted items that's preventing multiple deleted items with same data)
