Document CLA in contributing instructions #303
Description
The CLAassistant bot informed me in #302 (comment) that a CLA is required in this repository. The CLA text includes:
2.1 Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this CLA, You hereby grant to Cloudability and to recipients and/or users of software distributed and/or made available by Cloudability a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.
My change is very minor, but if I had spent more time on it I would be quite disappointed to discover that it has to be thrown away because (possibly) my employer may not agree to such a broad CLA. It would be nice to mention this requirement in the README and/or a CONTRIBUTING page.
32ebbf2 does mention that Cloudability Inc. is (currently?) the only copyright holder in this repository. In case you want to attract more contributors, you may find some suggestions in https://contributoragreements.org and https://reuse.software/ .
