When you use WebTransport, with the datagram APIs or multiple concurrent Streams API instances, you don't have to worry about head-of-line blocking, which can be an issue with WebSockets. Additionally, there are performance benefits when establishing new connections, as the underlying QUIC handshake is faster than starting up TCP over TLS.

WebTransport additionally supports out-of-order unreliable datagram APIs although I'm not sure it has any use for SpacetimeDB.
