ConstraintViolation is raised #95
Description
I get this stuff most frequently on CMA_ES, but on ther solvers too (including ParticleSwarm). Is it by design? Shouldn't optunity take care of catching it itself?
If I added a default value it doesn't retries, instead it just continues. The result is 3 actual evaluations of 1000 required, the res are the default value.
