Notebook Example : Sklearn SVR generates runtime error

Hello,
In the example with SVR sklearn-svr notebook
I encountered an error while running the code of the section
determining-the-kernel-family-during-tuning "compute_mse_all_tuned" function

I did manage to solve this by replacing it with dict comprehension
