Automatically remove/flag up old resolved incidents #17
Description
Incidents should be removed after being marked as resolved for 5-7 days (enough time for people to take note that they're resolved).
Add an AfterValidator function to the Pydantic model that checks an incident's most recent update's date is not 7 days old or more and the incident is marked as resolved.
