Run DeepCAD-RT without installation (using uvx)

Dear all,

DeepCAD-RT is an amazing movie denoiser, but it's not too easy to to get all dependencies right.

Hence, I have written a little command-line interface to it, which also sets all dependecies correctly.

Checkout github or pypi and use DeepCAD-RT without the need to install it locally.
