Remove or modify defined term "Security Support System"

Based on current usage of the defined term "Security Support System", it seems that the NCSSRs may benefit more from focusing on describing the outcomes of a CA using Security Support Systems rather than defining what a Security Support System is. These outcomes should be explicit within the requirements themselves regardless, and if they are, it's plausible that the necessity of a related defined term is diminished or removed.

This is still something that needs to be worked on. Changes have occurred which shift focus towards a CA-generated inventory as the basis for the scope to which the NCSSRs apply for a given CA, but there's still changes needed to ensure the protections provided by this defined term are enshrouded within the requirements themselves prior to being able to remove the defined term itself.
