Boost license is missing from the source tree #88
Description
This repo is missing a LICENSE/COPYING or similar which would tag it as BSL-1.0 which discourages putting those tags on it in packaging systems. Ideally https://github.com/boostorg/boost/blob/master/LICENSE_1_0.txt should be copied here.
