Scanning status doesn't update when change from external source #291
Description
Describe the bug
When triggering a "start scanning" operation from outside the intiface app (eg: from twine) the "devices" status screen does not reflect the status/the link still says "Start Scanning"
This is the same when a "stop scanning" call is made when the "Start Scanning" was triggered manually from intiface side (so as to cause the link to change text)
Expected behavior
The device page should reflect the actual scanning/not scanning state
