Solace Pro moves unexpectedly when closing js app #289

Describe the bug
When running a Solace Pro using javascript there will be a final fractional oscilation when disconnecting from the server.
Expected behavior
There should be no oscilations without explicitly calling such.
Additional context
Reproduction steps:
Connect js app to intiface with a solace pro connected
Confirm that js app has found the solace pro
Close js app: the solace pro will move a partial cycle (this happens regardless of if any commands were sent or not)
Note: this does not happen on the Lovense Gravity, despite both being "oscilation" devices... so it may have something to do with the Solace being Oscilation AND HwPositionWithDuration?
