HwPositionWithDuration missing #288

Describe the bug
HwPositionWithDuration is not supported.
Expected behavior
HwPositionWithDuration is a listed output type on devices... but there is no DeviceOutput.HwPositionWithDuration object with which to invoke (and neither Position nor PositionWithDuration will convert to it)
Additional context
The variety of Position objects is... kind of a mess? It would be a lot more pleasant to work with to have a single object that can translate under the hood (leaving the specific objects for advanced users who REALLY care?)
