etags-select unavaliable

I use you config to start emacs, got an error:
`[INIT ERROR]
/Users/tomyli/.emacs.d/config/config-misc.el
(error Package ‘etags-select-’ is unavailable)
`
I found etags-select not in the melpa repo, What should i do ?
