MAGI on Windows

The setup for windows differs from the setup from mac. I hope to write a script to make the setup easier for windows.

The setup_windows.py script is now able to extract all files and setup paths for windows, but running MAGI on windows is still not possible. The main problem seems to be multiprocessing and the multiprocessing module.

Example: with only a compounds file, python needs A LOT of time at line 380 (
p = mp.Pool(args.cpu_count)
out = p.map(connect_compound_to_reaction_mp_helper, input_compounds)
p.close()
p.terminate()
)
Multiprocessing seems to work differently on windows, linux and ios.

The gitignore file is now able to ignore the blastp.exe and makeblastdb.exe files and it can run the scripts from python, as long as no multiprocessing is used.
To do: write a script similar to magi/workflow/blastbin/recip_blaster.sh to work on windows.
