Explicit error - 2026/01/29 04:02:05 could not determine Bazelisk home directory: could not get the user's cache directory: neither $XDG_CACHE_HOME nor $HOME are defined.

HOME seem to be missing from env variables in runner.py. I suppose this HOME env should be added else inherit the current environment should work.
