Is there python code that can do the same job?

Does the author have python code that can do the same job?
There are many projects on github that can complete the visualization of gaussian splatting (.ply) files, but they often involve advanced algorithms such as deep learning.
Is there any python implementation similar to the algorithm in this project?

I am not familiar with this field and hope to get some help. Thank you very much.
