Update OpenCode runtime version from 1.1.59 to 1.1.65

The opencode:latest runtime currently ships OpenCode version 1.1.59, but npm has 1.1.65 available (@opencode-ai/sdk@1.1.65).

The runtime version should be updated to match the latest published version.

Current: 1.1.59
Expected: 1.1.65 (or latest)
