Create an infrastructure file for Azure (Similar to the template.yml for AWS) #2
Description
Customers likely have one of the three cloud providers. AWS, Azure, GCP.
Right now, although the code within the functions/ directory should work agnostic to providers. The template.yml is AWS specific.
I would like to create an example for Azure 👍
